Breakfast for Champions


1/2 Cup Quick Rolled Oats

2-3 Tbsp. Non-Fat Greek Yogurt (Flavored is ok)

1/3 Cup Almond Milk (I used Silk – Vanilla)

3 Tbsp. Flax Seeds

** Honey or Natural Sweetener is optional

Mix these ingredients together in a jar or Tupperware container, until you achieve your desired consistency and then refrigerate for a minimum of 15 minutes and up to 8 hours. Prior to eating, garnish with seeds, fruit and nuts of your choice. Today I included Pumpkin seeds, blueberries, flax, unsweetened Coconut, Brazil nuts and some Chia.
