I had a long day and worked out twice- in the morning before work and again in the evening. Although I ate my 5 meals im still craving before bedtime so I made myself a protein packed salad to get me thru the night.
1/2 cup spinach & kale
1 tsp flaxx seeds
1 tsp chia seeds
1/8 cup blueberries
Lemon juice with the faintest trace of extra virgin olive oil
