Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

(Per cookie)
2 tbs oat flour
1 tsp coconut flour
1 tsp coconut sugar (you cqn substitute w/ maple syrup, agave or honey)
1/4 tsp baking soda or powder
Less than 1/4 tsp salt
2-3 tbsps vanilla almond milk
Few drops of vanilla extract
5 carob chips

 

** You can also add coconut oil for healthy fat & calories and to make cookies more moist. I also like adding slivered almonds and shredded coconut!
